Office Administrator
Acropolis Organics - Toronto, ON
A growing leader in the organic food industry, Acropolis Organics is seeking an experienced office coordinator. We are looking for an energetic self-starter who is committed to succeeding in a challenging role and can hit the ground running.
Duties
- General accounting, AP/AR, financial reports using QuickBooks
- Maintain CRM database - File Maker & Sage
- Answer phones and retrieve voicemail messages in a timely manner
- Provide strong and consistent customer service to customers/vendors
- Process customer orders and invoices - electronic and hard copy
- Liaise with warehouse manager for product stock and deliveries
- Assist with stock movement and inventory on occasion
- Process payroll weekly and bi-weekly basis for employees and contractors
- Manage the company’s demonstration team schedule and electronic/paper daily event calendar
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system of office records
- Participate in trade shows and travel for work when required
- Maintain and replenish office supplies using cost-effective strategies
- General IT trouble-shooting skills regarding faxes, printers, computers
Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
- 3 years minimum experience in an office management role
- Advanced Microsoft office skills including Excel, QuickBooks, Word
- Advanced Mac skills including Pages, Numbers
- Experience with CRM based software - File Maker and Sage an asset
- Accounting experience for A/R, A/P, payroll and commissions
- Experience trouble-shooting on computers, printers, faxes
- Valid driver’s license

- Some graphic design experience an asset
- Prepare reports, e-blasts and newsletters for marketing purposes
