How do you like to use our products at home?
I use the olive oil all over the place, in my salads, sandwiches and soups. I like to use the balsamic with my salads as well. Occasionally, I’ll cut some bread up and put some balsamic and olive oil to dip for company, just like our demos!

What is your favourite food?
Hands down it has to be pizza! (Which I’ve been known to drizzle olive oil on.)

What do you like best about the Acropolis Organics products that you demo?
I like the rich earthy taste of our olive oil, and it’s so velvety that you can basically drink it. The balsamic, having grape molasses in it, sticks onto salad very well meaning more flavour per bite.

A nice kale salad massaged with some delicious organic extra virgin olive oil and some Mousto Balsamic Vinegar as dressing is my go to side dish.

I was the type of kid that would choose a bowl of soup over a slice of pizza. This is still valid today.

How do you like to use our products at home?
I like to use Acropolis Organics olive oil and Mousto Balsamic in salads: Organic spring mix greens, garden tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and feta cheese. I also like to drizzle some olive oil on top of baked basa fillets.

The quality and the health benefits of these products. Learning about the ingredients and the benefits gives me the confidence to tell people why they should include these products in their daily lives.

How do you like to use Acropolis Organics products at home?
I use our products in several ways:
1) I use the EVOO either for salads or light cooking. If I require cooking at higher temperatures, I mix it with coconut oil so it doesn't burn. I also pass this on to my customers.
2) In the wintertime, I also use this mixture to treat my dry skin.
3) I use the Mousto for salads and even for stir-fried veggies. I also recommend to my customers to use it with their favorite ice cream and fresh berries...yum!

What do you like best about the Acropolis Organics products that you demo?
What I like the most about our products is not only the fact that they are well known and positioned in the market, but that you can trust the company. I wouldn’t promote a product that I don’t believe in, or something that would be harmful or unhealthy.

What is your favourite food?
My favorites are pasta (rice pasta is more digestible), lobster, and "bandeja paisa", which is a Colombian dish with beans, rice, avocado, chorizo and arepa (corn cake).

My motto is my family.

Favourite EVOO Recipe: Roasted Spiced Potatoes
4 – 6 medium white potatoes, chopped into bite size pieces
1 clove of garlic chopped
¼ cup Acropolis Organics extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon steak spice
Sea salt to taste
Fresh ground pepper to taste

1) Mix potatoes, garlic, sea salt, pepper, garlic salt and steak spice.
2) Pour ¼ cup olive oil over potatoes and mix. If you require more, so all are nicely covered, do so.
3) Bake at 400 F on baking sheet for about 40 minutes till tender.
4) Take out 20 minutes into cooking and flip potatoes so both sides cook evenly.

Quality products, attractive labeling, people enjoy them, smooth tasting, pure and organic. Great flavours to offer.

What advice would you give to anyone looking to demo with Acropolis Organics?
Always talk to everyone and smile! Never take anything negative personally. Be engaging to all customers. You must enjoy selling and talking.
